“My favourite part is when a student’s has that ‘ah ha’ moment. Their huge smile lets me know that it’s all fallen into place and they’ve mastered how to capture the image they’re working to bring to life,” she says.
Belinda started her career in Newcastle in 2005 and then relocated to Tasmania in 2012 where she specialised in creating unique wedding and studio portraits on the remote organic farm, she called home.
Tutoring at Atwea, Belinda shares her decades of photographic experience with students teaching them theory as well as taking them on night-time and sunrise field trips, helping them master those conditions. She also teaches students the subtle art of drawing out and capturing a subjects authenticity, or their heart and soul, in your photographic art.
