Sustainable Cooking class will teach you all about utilising the whole vegetable to create a delicious meal. In this class you will learn how use the whole carrot from root to leaf. You will create a handmade carrot, pine nut and goats cheese tortellini, honey glazed roasted carrots and carrot leaf pesto.

  • Using the whole vegetable (leaf to root) CARROT
  • Carrot puree, pine nut and goat cheese tortellini
  • Roasted honey carrots
  • Carrot leaf pesto

Requirements:

  • Tea towel, apron, takeaway containerss

Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
